Semper Fidelis Construction & Development is a Texas-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing construction services for federal agencies nationwide. As a prime contractor, we manage projects from opportunity through execution and rely on trusted subcontractors and suppliers to help deliver work safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with federal construction standards.

How the Bidding Process Works
We strive to make the bidding process straightforward and transparent for our subcontractor partners. To participate in an opportunity with Semper Fidelis Construction & Development, please follow the steps below:

1. Review the Bid Package
Access the project documents through our secure bid document portal. This may include drawings, specifications, scope of work, and any issued addenda necessary to prepare your proposal. To obtain access, please contact our bids department at 830-428-0460 or bids@semperfidelisconstruction.org

2. Prepare Your Proposal
Review the project requirements carefully and prepare your bid based on the scope provided. Please ensure your proposal reflects all applicable plans, specifications, and addenda.

3. Submit Your Bid Package
Submit your proposal through our bid submission portal. During submission you will be able to upload supporting documentation such as your bid sheet, W-9, certificate of insurance, bid bond pre-qualification (if applicable), past performance questionnaires (PPQs), and any additional materials relevant to your proposal.
