Semper Fidelis Construction & Development completed facility repair, maintenance, and utility infrastructure improvements at the SDG Seguin 225E industrial property located at 1024 Freeport Way in Seguin, Texas. The project involved interior building repairs, exterior maintenance activities, and installation of a backflow prevention system to support ongoing facility operations and compliance with municipal utility requirements. The work was performed within an active warehouse and industrial property environment, requiring careful coordination to ensure continued site functionality while maintenance and repair activities were completed.

Our team performed multiple interior repair activities throughout the facility, including demolition and replacement of damaged drywall assemblies in the pump room and electrical rooms where existing materials had been affected by moisture and corrosion. Areas were properly remediated prior to installation of new drywall, with fire-rated gypsum board installed where required. Interior wall finishes were restored to match existing building conditions. Additional interior repairs included drywall restoration within the facility breakroom area and replacement of burned-out lighting within the warehouse to restore proper illumination levels throughout the operational space.

Exterior and building envelope maintenance was also performed as part of the project. Work included cleaning and sealing gutter laps to improve roof drainage performance and prevent future water intrusion issues. Our team also installed a new exterior doorbell system and completed various minor building maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remained functional and compliant with local operational requirements. All work was performed using materials, labor, and equipment provided by Semper Fidelis Construction & Development while maintaining daily jobsite cleanup and adherence to applicable safety standards and municipal codes.

The project also included installation and servicing of a backflow prevention system designed to protect the facility’s potable water supply and ensure compliance with local water utility regulations. Semper Fidelis Construction & Development coordinated labor, materials, and installation activities required for the backflow system while continuing scheduled property maintenance operations. The work was executed through multiple progress phases and completed in accordance with the project scope, supporting the long-term operational reliability and infrastructure compliance of the industrial property.
