Window Installation and Structural Wall Modification

Semper Fidelis Construction & Development is performing structural modifications and window installation to add new daylight openings within an existing cinder block wall. The project involves installation of five new windows designed to improve natural lighting and functionality within the interior office spaces.
 

Our team is preparing the work area by protecting adjacent interior spaces and securing the construction zone before modifying the existing structure. New openings are being cut into the concrete block wall using precision wet-saw cutting methods, followed by installation of structural steel lintel plates above each opening to support the existing wall loads.

Once structural modifications are complete, our team is installing five new window units and constructing interior and exterior framing assemblies to properly secure and finish each opening. Gaps are sealed and insulated to ensure a weather-tight installation, and all trim elements are painted to match the surrounding finishes for a clean, integrated appearance. Final work includes debris removal and detailed cleanup of the work area prior to completion.
